Thank you for shopping with OurTrendKart. We are committed to delivering your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our Shipping Policy below to understand how we process and ship orders.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 Business Days after payment confirmation.
Orders are processed during business days only (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Please note:
- Processing time is separate from shipping time.
- During peak seasons, sales events, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
- Customers will be notified if significant delays occur.
2. Shipping Methods
We currently offer:
- Standard Shipping
- Cash on Delivery (COD), where available
Shipping options may vary depending on your delivery location and product availability.
3. Shipping Costs
Current shipping rates:
- Standard Shipping: ₹89
- Free Shipping on orders above ₹999
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
4. Delivery Timeframes
Within India
- Metro Cities: 5–7 Business Days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5–10 Business Days
- Remote Areas: 7–12 Business Days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on courier operations and location accessibility.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:
- A shipping confirmation email and/or SMS
- Tracking number
- Courier partner details
You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress.
If you do not receive tracking information within 3 Business Days after placing your order, please contact our support team.
6. Delivery Delays
While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- High order volumes
- Courier service disruptions
- Government restrictions
- Natural disasters
We appreciate your patience and understanding should such delays occur.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details during checkout.
If incorrect or incomplete information is provided:
- Delivery may be delayed.
- Additional shipping charges may apply.
- Orders may be returned by the courier partner.
OurTrendKart shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from inaccurate customer information.
8. Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery cannot be completed because:
- The recipient is unavailable,
- The address is incorrect, or
- Delivery is repeatedly refused,
the courier may attempt redelivery or return the package to us.
Additional charges may apply for re-shipment.
9. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your package arrives damaged:
- Take clear photos of the package and product.
- Contact us within 48 Hours of delivery.
- Include your order number and details of the issue.
If your shipment appears lost, please contact us and we will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate and resolve the matter.
10. International Shipping
At this time, OurTrendKart ships only within India.
We do not currently offer international shipping.
If international shipping becomes available in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.
