Return & Refund Policy

At OurTrendKart, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request must be submitted within 7 Days of receiving the product.
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, manuals, and invoices included.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these eligibility requirements.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
  3. If your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions.
  4. Package the item securely and send it to the return address provided.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

3. Return Timeframe

Customers must submit a return request within 7 Days from the date of delivery.

Once approved, the returned item must be shipped back within 3 Days of receiving return instructions.

4. Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting the returned item:

  • We will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method whenever possible.
  • Refund processing may take up to 5–10 Business Days after approval.

Please note that banks, payment gateways, and card providers may require additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

5. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

  • Defective products
  • Damaged products
  • Incorrect products received

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at support@ourtrendkart.in within 7 Days of receiving your order.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the requested replacement product is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  1. Contact us within 48 Hours of delivery.
  2. Provide clear photographs or videos showing the issue.
  3. Include your order number and description of the problem.

Once verified, we may offer:

  • A replacement product
  • A refund
  • Store credit

at our discretion and in accordance with applicable laws.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return or refund unless damaged or defective upon arrival:

  • Personal care products
  • Hygiene-related items
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Gift cards
  • Digital products or downloadable content
  • Clearance, sale, or final-sale items (unless defective)
  • Products marked as non-returnable on the product page

8. Return Shipping Costs

For approved returns due to defective, damaged, or incorrect items, OurTrendKart will cover the return shipping costs.

For returns due to change of mind, incorrect orders placed by customers, or other non-defective reasons, customers may be responsible for return shipping charges.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.

9. Refund Exceptions

Refunds may be denied if:

  • The returned item is used, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
  • The item is returned outside the eligible return period.
  • The item falls under the non-returnable category.
  • The return request violates the terms of this policy.

10. Cancellations

Before Shipment

Orders may be canceled before shipment by contacting us at support@ourtrendkart.in.

If payment has already been made, a full refund will be processed.

After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may no longer be possible and the order will be subject to this Return & Refund Policy.

11. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the stated processing period:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your card issuer or payment provider.
  3. Contact your bank.
